But hold on, there’s a catch. You’ve got to be an active participant in this journey. I’m not just handing you a magic wand (I wish I could!) – you’ve got to understand the ins and outs of alignment, body mechanics, and even get your mindset in check.

And here’s the kicker: We’re covering a bunch of health concerns here, not just the creaky back. So, when you pair all this knowledge and lifestyle changes with chiropractic care, you’ll be on your way to feeling like an 80% improved superhero in just 12 weeks.


Week 1 - Consultation, Exam, & X-Rays

Your first visit includes an exam, x-rays, and consultation. At your 2nd visit you will receive a report of findings and first chiropractic adjustment with breathing tips and ice/heat pack instructions. On day 3 you will have a 2nd chiropractic adjustment and a power pack with neck wedge instructions.

Week 2 -  Adjustments, Stretches, & Foam Roller

In week 2 you will have 3 chiropractic adjustments and receive the intro to foam roller and lower body stretches. Your homework is to incorporate the foam roller, stretches, and neck wedge into daily routine. Use neck wedge daily for 5 minutes, gradually increasing to 15-20 minutes.

Week 3 -  Adjustments, Water Pillow, & Sleep Postures

In week 2 you will have 3 chiropractic adjustments and receive the intro to foam roller and lower body stretches. Your homework is to incorporate the foam roller, stretches, and neck wedge into daily routine. Use neck wedge daily for 5 minutes, gradually increasing to 15-20 minutes.

Week 4 -  Adjustments & Prep For Progress Exam

In week 4 you will receive 3 chiropractic adjustments and a prep for the progress exam by reviewing everything that has been covered in the journey.

Week 5 -  Adjustments, Orthotics, Lower Extremity Stretches

In week 5 you will receive 3 chiropractic adjustments, an intro to orthotics, and lower extremity stretches.

Week 6 -  Adjustments, Neck, & Doorway Stretches

In week 6 you will receive 3 chiropractic adjustments along with neck and doorway stretches.

Week 7 -  Adjustments, Lumbar Pillow, Sitting Postures, & Proper Lifting

In week 7 you will receive 3 chiropractic adjustments, lumbar pillow demo, sitting postures, and proper lifting form.

Week 8 -  Adjustments, Progress Exam, & Road To Recovery

In week 8 you will receive 3 chiropractic adjustments, a progress exam, and the intro to road to recovery.

Week 9 -  Adjustments & Stress Response

In week 9 you will receive 3 chiropractic adjustments and learn about stress response breathing and meditation.

Week 10 -  Adjustments, Vitamins, & Nutrition

In week 10 you will receive 3 chiropractic adjustments and learn about the importance of vitamins and nutrition.

Week 11 -  Adjustments, Review Supplies & Routine

In week 11 you will receive 3 chiropractic adjustments and we will review your supplies, routine, and prep for the next phase of your journey.

Week 12 -  Adjustments, Progress Exams, & X-Rays

In week 12 you will receive 3 chiropractic adjustments, progress exam, and x-rays. Then onto phase 2 now that the initial fires have decreased by 80%.

Phase 2 -  Corrective Care

Now that the fires have been put out, your body is optimized for healing and alignment. In phase 2 we focus on corrective care with 2 chiropractic adjustments per week over the next 12 weeks.

Phase 3 -  Long-Term Wellness

By phase 3 you will typically only receive 1 chiropractic adjustment per week. We continue to optimize your health and alignment. The goal is to maintain weekly adjustments for life while continuing your daily routine.
